at this age group 
constipation is the most common problem.
it may be due to decrease in mobility,decreased bowel movement,lower intake of food.
so, walk slowly,minimum for 10 mins 
      use  green leafy vegetables,salads,fibrous food,fruit juices
      avoid heavy fermented foods,avoid nonveg food.avoid banana
can try  avipattikar churna  1tsf at night with water
it is safe and can  for long term
this will help to reduce  constipation and also acidity...
also soaked black currants at morning will help in both constipation and anemia
