Tampon Was Accidently Left In For About 2-3 Days Another

Tampon was accidently left in for about 2-3 days another tampon was inserted which cause discomfort. Both tampons were removed. There was some irritation which has resolved. Just experiencing extended vaginal bleeding. This I the first time this has ever happened to me
