Technican Could Not Find Blood In The Vein Usually Used

Technican could not find blood in the vein usually used for I N R blood draw and had to use a vein in my hand. I had a very dry stool today and yesterday.. For the first time had hemotomas (bruises near both wrists after flying last Thursday. Should I be concerned?

I am 80 years old, overweight and am considered disabled.
