Teen Girl, Healthy And An Athlete, Also Never Usually Have

Teen girl, healthy and an athlete, also never usually have any sort of sickness or anything wrong with me but as I went to the toilet to pass stool I noticed I didn't have to really wipe my but there was yellow/clear stuff on the toilet paper?? I have health anxiety so freaking out!!!
