Ten Years Ago I Had A Monarc Sling Implanted It

Ten years ago I had a Monarc sling implanted It was 110% successful until two years ago when imy problem slowly became huge. I had surgery approx. 2 months ago which was totally unsuccessful. I have seen my surgeon twice since then and he seems unsure. As my pain is increasing daily and it is extremely difficult to walk across the room and getting into bed is agony. Have you any suggestions? I have an upcoming appointment with my surgeon who has been too busy to see me immediately. The pain subsides for short periods - maybe one hour and then returns with a vengeance.
