Ten Years Ago I Suffered A TBI Due To Being

Ten years ago I suffered a TBI due to being run over by an exploding truck. A month and a half ago I developed a CSF leak. My neurosurgeon placed a dura graft and ENT placed a flap. The flap failed. I had pulsation through the hole in my skull. Two weeks ago an LP shunt was placed. Headaches and pulsation were getting better. We had storms today with a very close lightening strike. Since then I have been in pain and am falling easily. Any recommendations? My surgeon is out of town.
