Tender To The Touch As If Bruised But Discoloration Is

Tender to the touch as if bruised but discoloration is very slightly yellowish, not black/blue. Seems to have started just above inner ankle and spreading (mild discoloration and tenderness to touch) up about 8 inches to inner shin. Very minimal, hardness (like a tight muscle) under skin where shin is tender to touch.
