ThANKS YES PLEASE. After A #30 Molar Removal Last Week

ThANKS YES PLEASE. After a #30 molar removal last week revisited the surgeon for bone graft approx. 3 days ago. He did not use a membrane only sutures. Revisited surgeon today for follow up. He said all is well and to return in 3-4 months. The sutures fell off. It's not bleeding and feels OK. But, at this point, there is a hole which seems approx. the size of a jelly bean. Wasn't the bone graft supposed to fill this hole, stay filled, and regrow new bone to the height of the surrounding gum line. Should I be worried? What outcome would you expect?
