Indomethacin 50 MG, Meloxicam 15 MG, HYDROCO/APAP 5-325M, Cyclobenzapr 10 MG, Amlodipine 5 MG. Patient also takes Aleve, and maybe Advil. Could that cause Paranoia and rage?
