Thank You - I Had A Lower Double Tooth Extraction

Thank you - I had a lower double tooth extraction 3 weeks ago, then developed a 'dry socket' which was dressed by the dentist. The pain has gone but the cavity has hypergranulation - approx ,05cm high, no pain but seems to be growing. Well this settle?
