Thank You. For The Last Week, I've Had A Gnawing

Thank you. For the last week, I've had a gnawing sensation in my middle stomach area. I feel like I have a tapeworm in my stomach. I have to put food in my stomach to ease the pain. I also have pain in my back, lower left side, Just before this sensation came on, I was extremely fatigued. I slept a lot. I have my energy back but am dizzy at times and have the stomach and back pain. My boyfriend started having the same symptoms two days ago. His doctor said it may be diverticulitis. I think it must be an infection since we both have one. I spoke to the doctor's office and was advised to take Mylanta until she can see me next week.
