Thank You. I Am 65 Years Of Age With No

Thank you. I am 65 years of age with no history of MCI. I do, however, have moderately high blood pressure [highest160/90] which is treated with Irbesartan HCT and Tritace which regulates the BP to 120/75. I have recently been diagnosed with a "blip" in my heartbeat and I am to have a stress echo test later this week. I am concerned that several years use of the Irbesartan/Titace combination may have caused hyperkalemia and that this may be causing the slight arythmia. Any thoughts please?
