Thank You, I Am A Kidney Patient (ckd). My Cretenine

Thank you, I am a kidney patient (ckd). My cretenine level is 8.46, I am suffering from hypertension, and diabetes. My physician In banglades (LABAID Hospital) advised me to go any one of the two options i.e. either ready for dialysis or kidney transplant.
