Thank You. I Am A Teacher And Caught The Staff

Thank you. I am a teacher and caught the staff room virus: shivering, temperature but no sore throat, cough or sneezes. That peaked last Friday. Since then, the very top of my skull is sensitive to touch eg combing my hair. When I touch the spot with my finger, the spot feels numb and I feel a little nauseous after a few minutes.
I should mention that I am male, 66 years old and went to my doctor recently after a fall. My blood pressure then was 105, pulse 54. The fall happened 6 weeks ago without warning when I felt over dizzy. My balance wobbled and my legs ceased to support me. I fell on to my back. Otherwise I am in fair health.
My uncle died of a brain tumour.
What do you suggest.
Thank you,
Graham Steed
