Thank You. I Am Experiencing A Tingling, Burning Sensation In

Thank you. I am experiencing a tingling, burning sensation in the right leg located above the knee.
It started out lightly but has increased over time. Now I can feel a hard lump/knot? There is no
outside bruising or hematoma showing. Sometimes I feel nothing, but now I am feeling it almost
all the time. What could this be? Should I go to a doctor? What doctor specialty covers this? Thank you.
