Thank You: I Am Having Cramps In The Left Side

Thank you: I am having cramps in the left side of my neck running down along my esophagus. I was thinking that my potassium might br low but I have been taking potassium pills for a couple days and no re leaf. These cramps are not constant, just when I turn my head a certain way or yawn, seems to last about 5 min. then goes a way. I`ve been drinking a good bit of beer lately, could it be from dehydration?
