Thank You, I Am Having Issues That Point To Vertigo.

Thank you, I am having issues that point to vertigo. I am also having issues where i am feeling very clammy and also very hot inside and cold and clammy on te outside.
I am at a loss with what could be happening. I am not on medications other than albuterol and i am a 46byear old woman.
I was recently seen a few weeks ago and diagnosed with acute bronchitis
i am having symptoms of this again, and frustrated
