Thank you. I have been recently diagnosed with distal symmetric polyneuropathy. I am having a very, very difficult time walking, standing, and gait. What type of physician can help me? What are my treatment options? I am a diabetic, but my sugars are well maintained, less than 7. What can I do to relieve these painful and horrific symptoms? I can't walk to meeting from building to buildwing, I can't stand at grocery lines, or any other lines for that matter. I can't shop, can't walk, I feel I am becoming disabled and have no where to turn for help. Thanks very much
