Thank You, I Have Several Sores On My Body That

Thank you, I have several sores on my body that came up recently. I have never had anything like it before. I thought it was a Boil but my Girlfriend said she didn't think it was a Boil. I have been trying to research this problem on my own with no success. I tried popping them, i tried lacing them, all i could get out was a few drops of puss and blood and then yellowish,clear liquid. Do you have any idea what this might be?
