Thank You. I'm A Runner And Recently I Started Having

Thank you. I'm a runner and recently I started having a pain in between my two smaller toes making it painful to run and even walk. This has happened before and after a while it goes away. But this time I notice a tiny black knot underneath the skin in between the toes and on the toe that hurts. It's been several days now. Any ideas?
