Thank You. Last Wednesday I Was Squeezing Through A Space,

Thank you. Last Wednesday I was squeezing through a space, quickly, my feet were caught on a stationary object causing me to twist and I slammed my buttocks and lowest part of my back onto a hardwood floor. It's very painful in my butt muscles and aches radiate into my back. Painful to walk up & down stairs. Even as I lift the lightest objects. Coccyx and hip bones don't hurt. Do I need to be tied down so that my muscles heal? I'm very active and have limited 99 % of my activity.
