Thank you. My 95yr old mother has gone thru various virus (noro 2) and uti and is in the nursing home after several trips to the hospital. She is not tolerating drugs orally and has only little sips of juice and has low output via catheter. The home has suggested a syringe driver for her pain and drug administration. How long is usual for life expectancy after this has been administered?
