Thank you. My mother is a long time user of Ativan. She saiys it works very well for her. Shse is 78 years old and in OK health. Nothing is pressing..but she has pain from lower back issues. She takes 3- 4 mg. of Ativan a day. Sometimes when she is anxious she might take a little more. Her Dr. is threatening to withiold her Ativan because she feels she is taking them irresponsibly. I don't think she is. Is taking an extra 1 or 2 a day every now and then so bad?
