Thank You. My Mother Passed Away Two Weeks Ago From

Thank you. My mother passed away two weeks ago from a cerebral stem stroke. She fell prior to the stroke and my sister, who was not able to stop the fall, feels that she is responsible for my mother's death. Can a fall or fear as a result of a fall cause a brain stroke? My mother had two strokes (in 14 and 15) prior to this final one. Thank you for your help.
