Thank You For Taking My Question, In The Past 5

Thank you for taking my question, In the past 5 years I have had 2 knee replacements on the same knee, The first one shattered, After the second one , About 6 months later I spent 9 days in the Hospital with a Strep infection that required more surgery, After I was discharged my Dr said from a surgical perspective he could not do anything else for quite some time because my leg had endured so much in a short peroid of time. I am now going to a Pain Specialist, I have been give Vicodin 10 mg 5 times a day, It no longer worked so now it is Percocet 10/325 5 times a day, It too has stopped working and I itch badly even after taking an anti itch medication, I do not get " High " from any of these meds due to an extremely high tolarance level and I am happy because I can function, I now need to try a different Med and am wondering if you have any Ideas on which I could discuss with my dr...If bayer chewable worked I would gladly take that but nothing seems to work.
