Thank You, It First Started On The Right Of My

Thank you, it first started on the right of my neck, took some meds but I dont think it help. then I had a proublem now its on my left side and lots of pain. I have no cold, or anything that could of brought it on. I never get colds. But I am in lots of pain, and I thirst for cold drinks. water, milk anything cold.
