Thank You. My 27 Daughter Has Acute CMV Because She

Thank you. my 27 daughter has acute CMV because she has a compromised immune system - ulcerative colitis. She was admitted to hospital 8 days ago. She is being treated intravenously with anti viral drug but is still getting severe head and neck pain which is only made bearable by intravenous paracetamol, oromorph and ibufropen. Drs say it is an inflamed meninges. Could there be a secondary cause for the headpain. All other symptons are back to normal and her hb levels are now rising slowly.
