Thank you my query is I am in transit between Perth WA and London. We stopped at singapore after a 5 hour flight, sadly there are technical issues and we are still at the airport - we are hoping our flight will leave 7 hours later than planned. I took my clexane prior to my flights at 1430 in Perth. Should I take a second clexane as soon as the 24 hour ends. We have another 14 hours to fly Singapore to London. I am wearing special stockings but my ankles are very swollen, plus no sleep owing to the delay. Thanks
