Thank You, My Question Is, My Ears Are Popping When

Thank you, my question is, my ears are popping when I swallow and my head aches, to the point of my right side of my head feels weird when I tilt it,and a semi stiff neck on that side, also my balance seems to be a bit off, I think it might be a middle ear in infection can you help?
