Thank You So Much. I Am Having Sciatica In My

Thank you so much. I am having sciatica in my left side of my back, have pain down my left leg and have had an MRI which shows I have herniated discs as well as a pinched nerve which is keepin me up sometimes during the nights. Have developed pain now in my Achilles' tendon on my left leg. I am Going to PT, have spongy feeling as well. I still think that my tendonitis is all coming from my lower back.
