Thanks. I get a few seconds of warning then my upper right arm feels extreme pressure and tightness and pain as though my blood pressure was being taken. This travels down my arm and almost simultaneously happens to my left arm. My arms are useless and I have to just drop them and wait for the pain to subside. They feel very heavy. It affects the arms for about 20 seconds. Today it happened three times, but sometimes weeks go by without it. I have no chest pain.
