I have SEVERE white coat syndrome. I think it comes from my childhood when my
father was very sick and spent stressful times. From then on I experineced anxiety just
visiting the hospital. I take my blood pressure at home and it is normal...at the doctor's office it
is sky high.....sometimes unreadable. Any ideas or medications that would help me...I am 63 years old in good health.
