Thanks. I Have A Condition That Has Been Going On

Thanks. I have a condition that has been going on since November, 2015. I thought it might be related to stenosis but had a laminectomy in Dec, my back is fine and the condition is getting worse. I have a very strange feeling in my urethra or other in that region, not exactly pain but very uncomfortable. I have to urinate about every 20 minutes, sometimes more often. I often also have a mild BM when I urinate. Sometimes my vision is blurred. My vision is definitely worse than 6 months ago when I had my glasses changed, some time after cataract surgery in both eyes.
