Thanks. My wife, Jayashri aged 52 has been experiencing knee pain for the last few days. Funny thing is that she can sit cross-legged on the floor after sitting down but is experiencing pain while in the process of sitting.Also it s painful for her to climb steps sit down and stand up but she can bend her knees after lying down
