Thanks, Confused. Was Taking Pen V For Infection In Tooth

Thanks, confused. was taking pen v for infection in tooth root. one week into rx, developed fever (fairly high first few days), body aches. continued pen v and took naproxen sodium. fever low grade and inconsistent after 5 day, but have developed swollen red spot behind thumb and If front of wrist, and opposite thumb has begun to swell slightly. because of pen v assumed it was the flu, everything consistent except swelling?
