Thanks Doctor, I Am 52 Yrs Old, Menstual Period Is

Thanks doctor, I am 52 yrs old, menstual period is irregular and many months gap. Several months back I started having frequent, burning urination. I did go to dr. Urine sample done. Everything normal and no microorganism. Did take antibody for7 days. I am on herbal remedy taking baking soda and d- mannose. I don't have fever, chill. Nausea nor blood in urine is clear. Still having frequent, burning sensation when pee. Sometime mild.
