Thanks for your follow up. Since your reply I have enjoyed a reasonable run of decent days and nights
due partly to changing habits. We now eat our main meal lunchtime, instead of 7 pm, and this appears
probably short term, to help with the amount of trapped wind at bedtime.
I know this run will probably be short lived, but live in hope.
I have not consulted with my doctor recently, but will bring your reply to his attention at my next appointment.
