Thanks, My Wife Has Been Sick For The Last 7

Thanks, my wife has been sick for the last 7 days. She has been admitted to Nairobi hospital. various blood tests have been done. The result showed, malaria (negative); no urine infection. later blood culture was done. No typhoid was found. She has still high fever, water diarrhea, vomiting, loss of appetite, headache, body pain.
Before these illness, my wife has been under medication for the last one year. She has been taking NSAIDs including Etorix, Mobic, Imipramine,Loxotanil. Please advise me
