Thanksgiving I Started Having Pain Under My Right Shoulder At

Thanksgiving I started having pain under my right shoulder at times unbareble pain ibuprofen didnt help. it hurts worse with inspiration. Then two days ago I noticed that my right breast was very tender on the top. It woke me up lastnight it hurt quite a bit and radiated to my back. I was also coughing when I woke a dry cough. I have a long history of palpitations and arrythmias.
