Thankyou, I Am Concerned About My Brothers Present State He

I am concerned about my brothers present state he is 64 yrs old, approx 1 yr ago he was noticing small whitish tiny pimples on and around his scrotum, no pain, never spread, then 4 days ago he woke up with 2 large boil type sores , one on the sctorom , one around his anus, unbelivablely to me he told me he poked them with a toothpick!! He said a yellowish green puss with some blood came from them, he showed his family physician these little patches one year ago, (this dr. we have questioned his lack of care and time and his practise as he honeslty should of retired 10 yrs ago, i am not being rude sir ,,, my husband used to be a patient of this dr and alot of mis diagoneses had occured, in the city we live in it is very hard to find a new dr, as well my brother is very sedatiary as he is 70% disabled from a double knee and hip replacement that didnt take leaving my brother in a world of chronic pain and has been on moraphine for past 13 yrs (???) when my brother showed this dr the dr said these pimples are common in a man his age !?!????? now my brother is at the point today due to these blisters/boils causing so much discomfort as well he just told me he feels a 3rd one coming out, he also suffers from severe constapation and says he feels this severe hardnness where the upper bowel would be, unbenounced to me until now he has been taking senakot laxative every 3 days, i dont know if these are all linked together, he has been putting hydrogen peroxide on them as well as we suggested to not pop those boils anymore and use a warm disaposable cloth to see if he can bring them to another head, he sees a different dr late monday afternoon, yet this to my husband and myself feel this should be looked at at emerg
