I travel from New Zealand to Cambodia a lot and when I return to NZ I have stomach annoyances such as to the loo sometimes 3 times a day and my urine smells. I take Ciprofloxacin 500mg recommended by my Chemist in Cambodia (real) and upon my return to NZ all the flatuance and loo visits stop after 2-3 days and life is back to normal. I do worry that I am onto the right medicine as it appears to work is it safe in low dosage like 1 each 12 hours ??
