The American College Of Rheumatology (ACOR) Wrote A Study About

The American College of Rheumatology (ACOR) wrote a study about Fibromyalgia in 1990, in 2010 a preliminary was presented with different criteria's and excluded Trigger Point exams.
In my workers compensation claim and court hearing, the medical expert used the 1990 criteria and excluded all doctors (5) reports because they didn't use the Trigger point exam. How is this possible? Results; diagnosis of Fibro was delayed for one year after my primary physicians report of Wide Spread Pain was reported. This put me past the required time to be able to claim it on Workers Compensation - it has now been 10 years and I have returned to court with my new information a few times but it was rejected. I can't afford to pay for an answer, my illness prevents me for making an income..............................................
