The Palm Side Of One Or Two Of My Fingers

The Palm side of one or two of my fingers get inflamed and swollen starting in the afternoon and continuing in the evening. swelling and inflammation are normally gone by morning. In the afternoon it starts again but on different finger. It's been going on for about two weeks. Not any pain involved but the area is red swollen and warm during the evening, normal again in the morning.
