The USE Lower Abdomen Report Reads That The Endometrial Cavity

The USE lower abdomen report reads that the endometrial cavity is distended with heteroechoic lesion measuring 38 (CC) × 21 (AP) mm showing mild internal vascularity on colour doppler s/o RPOC's.
The doctor has advised D&C CLEANING. Please advice should we go for it or the residual can be cleared with medication also.
