The Anterior Myometrium Is Noted To Thicker Than The Posterior

The anterior myometrium is noted to thicker than the posterior myometrium measuring 2.9cm and 2.0cm respectively. What does this mean? What am I going to do now? What possibly action about this matter? What I am going to do to make it back to normal in size? What are your most and best advise for me? Please advise
