The Area Around My Anus And Vagina Are Both Itchy,

The area around my anus and vagina are both itchy, and it is especially terrible at night (only a couple times a week though). During the day there is little to no itching. There are also small red spots near my anus that feel like pimples (about 5). Also, it burns my anus when I pee. I have had a hemorrhoid before in the past, could it be something to do with this?
