The Area Around My Anus Has Been Raw, With Some

The area around my anus has been raw, with some bleeding due to the rawness, for over a month. I have been doing my best to keep the area clean. have used rosehip oil on the area, and this helps some. I am worried that this might be indicative of something else. Help please.
