The Area Around The Mental Foreman Is A Little Swollen,

The area around the mental foreman is a little swollen, the area is tender and sore. I have extreme pain to the tooth above foreman. I visited internest, dentist, neorologist. I am on lyrica that seems to work. I notice I get flare ups if I am working hard or if I have a good work out at gym. Although once it pops up, I do not know when it will subside. This started about a year ago. I have had several teeth pulled out in regards probably a mistake. I believe some is effecting the nerve coming through the foreman. One other note. If i turn my neck up to right I feel tightness from that area and continues down neck. Almost feels muscular....I am in pain please help
