The Back Of My Foot Rubbed In My Shoe And

The back of my foot rubbed in my shoe and left a scab on the back of my foot which is very uncomfortable but over the past day my ankle has swollen a little and now it is painful to walk on. My ankle feels warm and it red, I'm not sure what medicine will help or shall I just leave it. Thanks Tasha
