The Back Right Side Of My Head Is Very Tender

The back right side of my head is very tender and hurts especially when I sleep on it. It hurts down my neck and has progressively gotten worse. This has been troubling me for the past 2 weeks. I'm over 65. I do have a mild headache. It's (my head) is very tender to touch. Could it be related to my teeth. I do have a tooth troubling me.
